Swifthosts.net 's services may be used for Legal purposes only

Un Acceptable Activities

1. Spamming is strictly prohibited on any of Our servers , If you want to send bulk , unsolicited emails please do not waste our time, Upon Notification of Spam Swifthosts.net will investigate the matter further and may restrict the customer access to the Swifthosts.net network. If Customer is found to be guilty of Spam then the Account shall be terminated and No refund shall be given

2. No pornography or Sex related Merchandise - Pornographic content even if legal in your country is disallowed on our network , This includes links to pornographic sites from your site. If we find that any customer violates this policy than the account shall be terminated and No refund shall be given.

3. Running programs in background without prior permission of Swifthosts.net amounts to violation of our AUP, Further if your site is found to use more than 15% of server resources it will be discontinued.

4. Resellers are bound by action of their end clients, If the end client does the above activities we still have the right to stop the site.

5. It is Client responsibility to secure their passwords, We advise to change the password immediately upon being recd by Swifthosts.net. Use of our services requires a certain level of knowledge of internet like Web publishing, Ftp, Cgi Scripts, Chmod Permissions, Email client usage. It is not our responsibility to provide this knowledge or support to the client

6. Swifthosts.net reserves the right to change the IP addresses at any point of time.

7. Regular backups are made on the server, but it is the clients responsibility to maintain local backups, We do not make any guarantee about the integrity of backups made at servers end.

8. The client understands that Swifthosts.net will not be responsible for any any downtime due to Network provider failure, Power Outages, And Scheduled Maintenance.
